Unfortunately, if your neighbor isn’t willing to contribute, we legally can’t force them to pay. In this case, you have two options: either cover the full cost yourself or wait until they’re ready to share the expense. We’re happy to assist with estimates or documentation to help start that conversation with them.
We do offer group or “neighbor bundle” discounts when multiple homes in the same area book together. It helps reduce setup & travel time for our crew, and we are happy to pass those savings onto you.
